The team behind the hit factual entertainment specials GAGA BY GAULTIER and BACK TO THE PRESENT, both licensed to over 50 countries, is releasing THE REAL FAST & FURIOUS, an exclusive special around one of the most successful movie franchises ever with a worldwide box-office gross of almost $4 billion (including a whopping $1.5 billion for “Furious 7” in 2015).
Following an exclusive agreement with Universal Pictures that gives unprecedented access to clips from the movies, interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, the one-hour special dives at the heart of the FAST & FURIOUS generation to analyse this pop-culture phenomenon and show that reality goes far beyond fiction.
Directed by Gilles Ganzmann (BACK TO THE PRESENT), commissioned by C8 and available in March ahead of FAST & FURIOUS 8’s global release on April 14, 2017, it is produced by 3e Oeil Productions and distributed by Vivendi Entertainment.
